California Personal Information We Collect
Boral has collected information that identifies or relates to a particular consumer or device within the last 12 months, including the following categories of California Personal Information:
Categories of California Personal Information and Examples
A. Identifiers
- Examples: A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, account name, other similar identifiers, and any other identifying information you submit to request a brochure or other contact.
B. Information under the California Customer Records statute.
- Examples: Name, signature, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, any other payment or financial information.
C. Characteristics of Protected classifications under California or federal law including:
- Age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).
D. Commercial information.
- Examples: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, product registration and warranty information, order details, shipping details, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
E. Internet or other similar network activity.
- Examples: IP address, browser type, devices and operating systems you use, identifiers associated with the device(s) you use to access our websites, the pages you visit and the features you use, including dates and times, information about your navigation to and from our websites, the URL that you visited before you came to our websites, the URL to which you next go, information about the effectiveness of our email and other communications with you, and other information about your internet service provider.
F. Geolocation data.
- Examples: Automatically collected information, including IP address, may permit us to identify your specific location or region.
G. Sensory data.
- Examples: Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information.
H. Professional or employment-related information.
- Examples: Current or past job history or performance evaluations.
I. Non-public education information (per applicable law).
- Examples: Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.
J. Inferences drawn from other personal information.
- Examples: Profiles reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
For each of these categories, we obtain California Personal Information either directly from you or automatically as a result of your use of the Site. We may combine the information we collect about you, including automatically collected information, with other information we gather, including information gathered about third parties. We also may receive information about you when you choose to post or otherwise share information about our websites on social networking platforms.

Sale and Disclosure of California Personal Information
Within the last 12 months, we have transferred California Personal Information for monetary or other valuable consideration as a “sale” under the California Consumer Privacy Act in all the above categories (A)-(J).
Within the last 12 months, we have disclosed California Personal Information identified in all the above categories (A)-(J) for our business purposes, including to service providers, corporate affiliates and partners, and any entities involved in the sale or merger of our business or the transfer of assets. We do not disclose personal information of individuals we know to be under the age of 16 to business or third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration as a “sale” under California law, without affirmative authorization.

Your California Rights

Right to Access/Know.
You may request that we disclose to you the categories of California Personal Information we have collected, used, disclosed, or “sold” within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, including:

- categories of sources from which the California Personal Information is collected;

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete California Personal Information about you which we have collected from you.
You may request to exercise the Right to Request and the Right to Delete by:
Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). To exercise your right to opt-out, you may do so by:

As required under applicable law, we may take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to information or acting on your request to exercise your rights. We may limit our response to your exercise of the above rights as permitted under applicable law.
Nondiscrimination and Financial Incentives
Subject to applicable law, we may not discriminate against you because of your exercise of any of the above privacy rights, or any other rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including by:
- Denying you goods or services;
- Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
- Providing you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- Suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Agent Authorization and Disability Access
Under California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. You may make such a designation by providing the agent with written permission to act on your behalf. As permitted by law, we may require additional verification in response to a request even if you choose to use an agent. We may require:
- Th authorized agent to provide proof that the consumer gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request;
- The consumer to verify their ID directly with the business;
- The consumer to directly confirm with us that they provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Other California Privacy Rights
